Perfect peace

Tripadvisor Review - Mt Mulligan My wife and I spent three very relaxing days at the lodge early in March . Mt Mulligan is a huge rock , many times larger than Uluru but being in the tropics has a good deal of vegetation . The resort is just over a year old and very much five star , not only in construction but also in its staff and cuisine. The smiles and friendliness made us feel at home and the chef happy to discuss the possible degustations. We toured the 66000 acre cattle property safely in an ATV, seeing the outback only a 30 minute helicopter flight from Cairns . Towards the end of the wet season North Queensland is a sea of green. Our thanks to the wonderful staff and to Chris Morris whose foresight has led to the development not just of Mt Mulligan but also of Orpheus Island and the Daintree Eco-Lodge all of which are superb and strongly recommended Barry, Mar 2020
